What We Did

Upon construction completion of Phase I of Vitruvian West, located in Addison, TX,  we worked to provide complementing exterior and interior wayfinding signs for Phase II. We took care of programming signs for the entire property while under construction. From concept to installation, we meticulously planned the material, size, quantity, color scheme, font size and messaging of each sign in compliance and according to their brand. Between the programming, design, permitting, fabrication and installation processes, there were probably 1000 pieces of signage that went into this project!   

Faced with a definitive construction and owner turnover schedule, our production, project and account managers worked closely alongside the General Contractor, Rob St. John, and city/ fire marshal inspectors to ensure timelines were met. Given our extensive experience and strong relationships with the city, we took care of the stringent permitting requirements so that the permanent signs could be installed concurrently amid move-ins and an active construction site. Despite all this, we made sure UDR never had cause to worry and loved the Phase II results!
